- A suitable doctor is sent, with an announced arrival time.
- Full consultation, prescription and report filed.
Getting a doctor to come to your home is simple — once you know how the visit works. Here's the process, from request to follow-up.
1. You describe what you need
By phone, WhatsApp or form: who the patient is, what's happening, the address and the service you want. If it sounds life-threatening, we direct you to 14 straight away.
2. We send the right person
A GP, a specialist, a nurse or an ambulance, depending on the need. You're given an estimated arrival time.
3. The consultation at home
Full exam, vital signs, diagnosis, prescription. The doctor explains the next steps: nursing care, tests, specialist advice or a transfer if needed.
4. Follow-up
The report is kept in your file. At the next visit the team has the full history, which saves time and avoids mistakes.
Have current prescriptions, recent test results and the patient's ID ready — the visit will be quicker.
